The Bryn Meadows Caerphilly 2k is set to return on Sunday 19th May along with the Bryn Meadows Caerphilly 10k.
With 700 runners of all abilities expected to descend on Caerphilly from across the country to enjoy the event, organisers are hoping that this year's event will be bigger and better.
Set in the shadow of the spectacular Caerphilly Castle, the Bryn Meadows Caerphilly 2k will both start and finish on Crescent Road. Runners will have the opportunity to run a good time on a course in and around the town centre and Caerphilly Castle passing iconic landmarks including the giant cheese sculpture and Tommy Cooper statue along the way and offering great views of the medieval castle, which dominates as the stunning backdrop to the event.

The event is organised by Caerphilly County Borough Council and is supported by Welsh Athletics, Run Wales and Sport Wales.
